We are pleased to offer comprehensive clerical assistance for the following forms according to your instructions:

Our role is strictly administrative. All forms are completed, organized, and assembled based on the information you provide at your direction, using publicly available online forms or client‑supplied materials.
To move forward, please review our Services Disclosure and complete the client intake form. A detailed invoice will be provided before services begin. Payment is required prior to clerical support services.
We are dedicated to providing reliable nonlawyer document preparation clerical support services.

Services Disclosure
Client Responsibility:
The client is solely responsible for the information provided for Clerical Services. Encompass Pro Se is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the documents resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Clerical Support Specialists, Witnesses, and Notaries, Not Attorneys:
We are not Attorneys and do not provide legal advice or representation in court. Our role is to provide clerical services as directed by the client in a support capacity. We are not responsible for and cannot guarantee legal or tax outcomes or consequences. Legal liability falls on the client as they are acting in a pro se capacity. We only serve as support at the direction of the client.
No Refunds:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any clerical support services once they have been completed. By agreeing to and processing payment you are accepting the services as rendered.
Privacy and Data Protection:
We only collect, use, and share your information where necessary to provide our clerical support services. We do not keep or store your information. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
Authorization:
The client authorizes us to obtain, collect, and share information necessary for us to provide our services this includes, but is not limited pulling credit reports, looking up property tax information, and filing documents with courts at the client’s request.
Capacity limitations:
As a small, independent operation, our resources are limited as compared to larger organizations or fully staffed law firms. Please note we are not a legal Firm.
Timeless disclaimer and flexibility notice:
While we strive to provide services promptly, we cannot guarantee specific timelines or deadlines. Service delivery may vary depending on workload, availability, personal responsibilities, and unforeseen circumstances.
Transparency statement:
We value honesty, openness, and quality service. We ask that clients share feedback respectfully and avoid making statements that are false, misleading, or unfair about our business, services, or staff…whether in writing, verbally, or online. This does not limit anyone from sharing truthful information when required by law. We genuinely welcome honest feedback, as it helps us continue to improve.
Communication expectations:
Calls, messages, and emails may not receive immediate responses. Response times may vary depending on demand, workload, personal commitments, and unforeseen circumstances. We will follow up as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to follow up with us if needed.
Client Acknowledgment:
Client acknowledges that documents requested are not suggested by Encompass Pro Se or its employees. The clerical support specialist has not provided any legal opinion, suggestion, direction, or advice regarding any legal matter or the client’s legal matter.
Encompass Pro Se Acknowledgement:
While we strive for accuracy and timely communication, occasional oversights or delays may occur. As human beings, mistakes or missed responses can and will happen on occasion. When they do, we are committed to addressing them promptly and doing right by our clients.
Right of Refusal:
We reserve the right to decline service if we believe the client’s request is outside our expertise, doesn’t comply with government or state regulations, or conflicts with what we are legally permitted to do.
