We are pleased to offer a comprehensive Estate Planning Bundle, which includes preparation of the following documents:

Last Will and Testament
Lady Bird Deed
Durable Power of Attorney
Living Will/Healthcare Surrogate
HIPAA Authorization Form

All documents are professionally prepared by a licensed Florida attorney and adhere to current state legal standards.

The fees for our services are as follows: $300.00 Singles, $500.00 Couples

Both packages include home delivery of completed documents, notarization, two witnesses, and court filing for added convenience. All clients getting a bundle will receive a Legacy Binder.
