Our role is to offer administrative assistance only, helping you type, organize, and prepare documents based solely on your written instructions.

    Our team members are not attorneys. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal interpretation. We do not tell you what forms to use, how to complete them, or what decisions you should make. Our services are strictly clerical in nature.

    Important Information About Our Services

    We do not provide legal advice or explain your legal rights.

    We do not select forms for you or tell you how to complete them.

    We do not negotiate with courts, creditors, government agencies, or any third parties.

    We do not guarantee legal outcomes or results.

    We may decline services that fall outside the scope of permitted nonlawyer clerical assistance or that conflict with state or federal law.

    Your clarity and peace of mind matter to us. We are committed to being transparent about the services we provide and the limits of our role.     By using the services of Encompass Pro Se, clients acknowledge that all documents are prepared strictly according to their written instructions and that no suggestions, recommendations, or legal opinions are provided by Encompass Pro Se or its staff.

    Clients further understand and agree that:

    Encompass Pro Se and its team are not attorneys and do not offer legal advice, legal representation, or legal interpretation.

    All information provided by clients is used solely to offer document preparation in the form of clerical support, such as typing, organizing, or formatting documents based on the client’s instructions.

    Any legal decisions, strategies, interpretations, or conclusions are the sole responsibility of the client.

    If legal advice, legal interpretation, or representation is needed, clients are responsible for consulting a licensed Florida attorney or another qualified legal professional of their choosing.

    By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand the limitations of the clerical services we provide.

    Privacy Policy

    At Encompass Pro Se, we value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect, use, and share your personal information only as necessary to complete the nonlawyer document preparation, clerical support services you request.

    We take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, as with any system, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage all clients to use secure communication methods when sharing sensitive information.

    Importantly, we do not retain your personal information after services are completed. Once your requested clerical tasks have been fulfilled and your documents have been delivered, any data you’ve provided is securely deleted or destroyed in accordance with applicable guidelines—ensuring that your private information is not stored beyond what is required to complete your request.

  • Refund Policy

    Refund Policy

    At Encompass Pro Se, all sales for nonlawyer document preparation, clerical support services are final. We do not offer refunds once your requested clerical tasks have been completed and delivered.

    By submitting payment and completing your client intake form, you acknowledge and accept the services as provided.

    Refunds may only be considered if:

    We are unable to complete your clerical support services due to circumstances beyond our control, or

    Your situation is too complex for nonlawyer clerical assistance and requires the involvement of a licensed legal professional of your choosing.

    If a refund is issued under either of these circumstances, please allow up to 6 weeks for the refund to be processed and returned to the original payment method.

    We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing Encompass Pro Se for your clerical support needs.

    Client Acknowledgement

    Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for Encompass Pro Se to provide nonlawyer document preparation, clerical support services. Encompass Pro Se is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in your documents that result from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by you.

    By engaging our services, you authorize Encompass Pro Se to obtain, collect, and share any information necessary to fulfill your requested clerical support tasks. This may include, but is not limited to:

    Pulling credit reports

    Accessing property tax records

    Filing documents with courts and government agencies

    Your cooperation and honesty help ensure that your documents are typed, organized, and processed according to your instructions as efficiently as possible.

  • Notarial Disclosure

    Notarial Disclosure

    All notarizations provided by Encompass Pro Se comply with applicable Florida state laws. For in‑person notarizations, the signer must be physically present and provide a valid, government‑issued photo ID at the time of notarization.

    We also offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) through a secure video platform, during which identity is verified and voluntary consent is confirmed before the notarization is completed.

    Please Note:

    Documents must be complete and provided by the signer. We do not offer legal advice, interpret documents, or fill in information on your behalf.

    Some notarizations require witnesses. Witnesses can be arranged with prior notice, subject to availability.

    We reserve the right to refuse notarization services if state laws, identification requirements, or procedural guidelines are not met.
