All information provided by clients is used solely for the preparation of requested documents in a clerical support capacity.

Any legal decisions, strategies, or conclusions are the sole responsibility of the client.

If legal advice or interpretation of the law is required, clients may request a referral to Attorney George Trovato, a licensed Florida attorney who partners with Encompass Pro Se and can provide legal consultations separately from document preparation services.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand the limitations of the services we provide.

At Encompass Pro Se, we value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect, use, and share your personal information only as necessary to complete the document preparation services you request.

We take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, as with any system, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage all clients to use secure communication methods when sharing sensitive information.

Importantly, we do not retain your personal information after services are completed. Once your requested documents have been prepared and delivered, any data you’ve provided is securely deleted or destroyed in accordance with applicable guidelines—ensuring that your private information is not stored beyond what is required to fulfill your request.

At Encompass Pro Se, all sales for document preparation services are final. We do not offer refunds once your documents have been completed and delivered.

By submitting payment and completing your client intake form, you acknowledge and accept the services as provided.

Refunds may only be considered if:

We are unable to complete your document preparation due to circumstances beyond our control, or

Your situation is too complex for document preparation and requires legal counsel from an attorney.

In the event a refund is issued due to either of these circumstances, please allow up to 6 weeks for the refund to be processed and returned to the original payment method.

Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for document preparation. Encompass Pro Se is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in your documents that result from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by you.

By engaging our services, you authorize Encompass Pro Se to obtain, collect, and share any information necessary to fulfill your document preparation needs. This may include, but is not limited to:

Pulling credit reports

Accessing property tax records

Filing documents with courts and government agencies

Your cooperation and honesty help ensure that your documents are prepared correctly and efficiently.

All notarizations provided by Encompass Pro Se comply fully with applicable Florida state laws. The signer must be physically present with a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization.

We also offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) via secure video call, during which we verify identity and confirm voluntary consent before notarizing documents.

Documents must be complete and provided by the signer; we do not offer legal advice or fill in any information on your documents.

Certain notarizations require witnesses, which we can arrange with prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse notarization services if state laws or guidelines are not met.
