Encompass Pro Se offers affordable nonlawyer document preparation clerical support services for individuals and families in Florida and nearby counties who choose to manage their legal needs on their own. You provide the information, and we enter your details into professionally prepared and publicly available online forms.

Our role is strictly clerical. You make all decisions, and we ensure your information is typed accurately, clearly, and professionally—without the cost of traditional legal services. Please note that we are not attorneys and provide non attorney services in the form of clerical support for pro se clients. We cannot provide legal advice or representation. Our Team

Jessica Hellwarth

I bring more than 28 years of experience in healthcare and administrative work, including roles in senior care, finance, insurance, auditing, and office management. These roles strengthened my attention to detail and commitment to helping others.

I later worked for a law office in a clerical capacity as a Paralegal under the supervision of a licensed attorney. This experience introduced me to legal clerical support and reinforced my interest in helping people stay organized with their personal planning and legal document needs.

I started Encompass Pro Se as a small, local Florida Sunbiz Registered business offering clerical assistance for individuals and families choosing to handle their own legal needs on a pro se basis as well as offering Notarial services.

I am a licensed, bonded, and insured Florida Certified Notary Public registered with the Florida Notary Association and the National Notary Association. I hold an Associates of Arts Degree in Psychology from Daytona State College and am currently working towards a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from The University of Central Florida with the intention of pursuing a Law Degree with a focus on Estate Planning. My background and community focus guide my work and my goal of offering reliable clerical support services.
